Our Services
Our desire as an organization is to be able to serve our community as much as possible. If you are in need of services from Freedom Family Foundation, please check out our programs to see if any of them could benefit you and your family, and follow the instructions to apply.
Food Bank
Every week, Freedom Family Foundation gives food to members of the community. Food can be given monthly per household. In order to receive services, simply fill out the application form below and please ensure you bring ID at the time of pickup!
Freedom for Support
Freedom for Support is a free and anonymous support group that provides a safe space for individuals aged 18 and older seeking mental health support. Our group meets every second and fourth Thursday of the month, offering regular opportunities for individuals to connect, share experiences, and break the stigma surrounding mental illness.
Freedom for Fosters
A community outreach program whose purpose is to provide life skills to
youth in the foster care
system. For ages 16-21.
